System Administrator (Linux & Windows)

General shift (10 am – 7pm) and Work from Office . May need to work on rotational shift in future.

In- depth knowledge of Linux (Centos, RedHat, Oracle Linux, Ubuntu) and Windows OS

4-6 years professional systems maintenance experience in Linux & Windows operating systems including installing, configuring, and troubleshooting

Experience with Linux & Windows servers including demonstrated expertise in performance tuning, upgrades, migrations, and maintenance

Proven experience installing, supporting and troubleshooting Linux/Windows on various hardware makes/models as well as in virtualized environments

Strong knowledge of SAN storage technologies.

Strong experience with system management tools, logical file systems, and server environments.

Experience with monitoring, metrics, and log aggregation and visualization tools (Nagios, Zenoss in particular)

Experience with the Unix CLI, debugging tools, and network stack.

Working knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure - Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

Working knowledge of Oracle Weblogic server (developing/deploying support).

Working knowledge of core networking, subnetting, Firewalls, and routing.

Perform configurations and adjustments to enhance system performance.

Perform automated and manual backup and restorative processes.

Experience working with VM virtualization framework. (Ex: OVM, VMware)
