Role Overview
LOCATION: Annapolis Junction, MD | Sat-Wed 10pm-6am Position requires an active TS/SCI with polygraph level clearance.
US citizenship is required.
Provides technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software.
May coach and provide guidance to less-experienced professionals.
Applies basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions.
Provides remote support access through desktop mirroring and other remote access applications for worldwide sites.
Identify, investigate, resolve, and follow-up problems brought to the helpdesk by users of cloud infrastructure.

Job Description

Experience
Hardware Remote Assistance Remote Desktop EDUCATION HS Diploma or GED with Twenty (20) years of experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
Bachelors with Fifteen (15) years of experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
