The position is for a System Administrator in the IT department within an engineering industry organization.
Two positions are available in Pune, Maharashtra.
Experience and Qualification
- The role requires 2–5 years of experience.
- A Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology is required.
Job Description
- Manage Windows Servers, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, network infrastructure, backup systems, and endpoint security solutions.
- Troubleshoot server, network, infrastructure, and user access issues.
- Administer accounts, permissions, Group Policies, software deployments, updates, and backup processes.
- Monitor infrastructure health, performance, and security.
- Manage IT assets and document systems, processes, and configurations.
- Coordinate external vendors and service providers for support and procurement.
- Provide L2/L3 technical support and resolve escalated issues.
- Maintain security best practices across systems and networks.
- Verify backups and support disaster recovery preparedness.
