Description
As an IT Systems Administrator Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and applications. Responsibilities
- Assist in the management and administration of our IT infrastructure, including VPC Web Server Hosting, Business Website, Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint, Teams, Intune Endpoint Manager, Atlassian Jira Cloud, Adobe Admin Console, Amazon Web Services, Amazon Business, Apple Business Manager, and other related technologies.
- Support and maintain existing systems, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and security.
- Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Monitor system performance using Cloud Administration tools and proactively address potential bottlenecks or vulnerabilities.
- Perform incident and problem management using IITILv4 techniques and Atlassian Jira Service Manager tools.
- Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Participate in the planning and execution of system upgrades, patches, and migrations.
- Provide technical support to end-users, responding to inquiries and resolving problems in a timely manner.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending innovative solutions to enhance system efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop computer scripts and Cloud Flows for automation of business processes and repeatable IT procedures.
- Design new Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and processes for information systems used in operations management.
- Collaborate with software developers and other teams to ensure the smooth integration of IT systems into the overall software development life cycle (SDLC) design.
