- Perform daily system administration and maintenance
- Manage services hosted by IT department and ensure alignment with infosec
- Maintain server health, monitor system performance, allocate storage resources
- Configure cloud infrastructure and manage virtualization platforms
- Provision user accounts, enforce password policies, apply security patches, manage firewall rules, conduct access audits
- Schedule daily backups, verify data integrity, maintain backup hardware, test recovery procedures, update documentation
- Troubleshoot system errors, upgrade hardware components, license software packages, resolve escalated tickets, minimize system downtime
Requirements
- Experience in system administration and IT infrastructure
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and virtualization
- Experience with security patching and firewall management
- Experience with backup and recovery procedures

Overview
