The Role
Provide system administration services for client platforms and services.
Solve complex problems, identify potential future issues, and support technology modernization.
Work with clients across industries, including banking and retail.
Responsibilities
- Manage systems data and provide day-to-day client solutions.
- Maintain security compliance across systems and services.
- Oversee assignment queues, prioritize tickets, and coordinate with technicians.
- Recommend modernization options and identify potential business opportunities.
- Build relationships with teams and stakeholders.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019 implementation and management experience is required.
- VMware ESX experience is required.
- Public or private cloud management experience is required, especially on-premises to cloud migration experience.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
- Automation experience, especially Infrastructure as Code, is preferred.
