The Role
Manage systems data for clients and provide day-to-day solutions across platforms and services.
Identify potential future issues and support technology modernization for major clients.
Work directly with technicians while overseeing assignments and prioritizing tickets.
Core Responsibilities
- Provide security compliance support for client systems.
- Recommend modernization options and identify potential business opportunities.
- Cultivate relationships with other teams and stakeholders.
- Support client environments across industries such as banking and retail.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019 implementation and management experience is required.
- VMware ESX experience is required.
- Public and private cloud management experience is required.
- Experience migrating from on-premises environments to cloud solutions is required.
