The company is seeking a Swimming Pool Estimation & Design Engineer for its technical office team in Dubai.

The position focuses on swimming pool design, estimation, tendering, and preparation of technical and commercial quotations.

The role is office-based and is not a sales, business development, site engineer, or site supervision position.

Review tender documents, architectural drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project requirements.
Prepare swimming pool layouts, technical drawings, sections, details, and revisions using AutoCAD.
Develop preliminary designs based on architectural and project requirements.
Carry out quantity take-offs and prepare BOQs and detailed cost estimates.
Prepare pricing for civil, structural, waterproofing, finishes, MEP, filtration, and specialist pool works.
Prepare estimation sheets, cost breakdowns, and technical and commercial quotations.

Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations for technical and commercial compliance.
Identify scope requirements, exclusions, discrepancies, and clarification items.
