- Conduct safe and engaging swimming lessons for students of different age groups and skill levels
- Teach swimming techniques, water safety, and confidence in the water
- Supervise students at all times and enforce pool safety rules
- Assess student progress and maintain attendance and performance records
- Ensure the swimming pool and equipment are safe and ready for use
- Respond effectively to emergencies using First Aid and CPR skills
- Organize and support school swimming events and competitions
- Collaborate with staff and communicate student progress with relevant stakeholders
- Comply with school policies and health & safety regulations
