Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for a Swimming Coach.
The primary responsibilities include planning and delivering swimming lessons for both group and individual sessions, teaching swimming techniques, ensuring the safety of participants through lifeguarding practices, and fostering a positive and supportive environment for swimmers of all skill levels.
The coach will also assist in monitoring progress, providing feedback to participants, and promoting water safety and best practices in aquatic activities.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Swim Instruction, Swim Lessons, and general Swimming abilities
- Expertise in Lifeguarding and ensuring the safety of all participants
- Experience and knowledge in Aquatics and related water-based activities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with swimmers of all ages
- Relevant certifications, such as CPR, First Aid, and a recognized swim coaching qualification
- Ability to motivate and inspire swimmers to achieve their goals
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
