FindYourCoaches is seeking a certified Swimming Instructor to deliver personalized lessons to children and adults across Dubai. The role requires a recognized swimming instructor qualification, CPR/First Aid certification, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Deliver one on one and small group swimming lessons tailored to each client’s goals and experience level
- Teach water safety, confidence building, stroke correction, breathing techniques, endurance, and advanced swimming skills
- Create personalized lesson plans and track client progress
- Maintain an organized schedule and manage bookings efficiently
- Record attendance, completed sessions, and client progress using the company system
- Ensure every session follows strict safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Build long term client relationships through professionalism, motivation, and excellent customer service
- Represent FindYourCoaches with the highest standards of conduct and professionalism
Requirements
- Certified Swimming Instructor qualification (STA, Swim England/ASA, AUSTSWIM, American Red Cross, or equivalent)
- Valid CPR and First Aid certification (Lifeguard certification is an advantage)
- Excellent English communication skills
- Friendly, energetic, and professional personality
- Comfortable travelling across Dubai for client sessions
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including split shifts (10–12 hours as scheduled)
- UAE driving licence is preferred but not mandatory

Your Role
- As a Swimming Instructor at FindYourCoaches, you will provide high quality, personalized swimming lessons to children and adults of all skill levels. Sessions are conducted at clients’ residential pools, community pools, hotels, and partner facilities across Dubai.
