Essential Functions
Responsible for organizing and writing lesson plans in accordance with the American Red Cross
Responsible for teaching swimming lessons in accordance with the American Red Cross guidelines
Responsible for completing necessary course record sheets for the American Red Cross
Responsible for evaluating and placing students in proper swim level
Responsible for end of class report card evaluation
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be able to demonstrate all required swimming skills that meet the American Red Cross guidelines
- Skilled in planning and conduction swimming classes
- Ability to maintain timely and accurate reports
- Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively work and communicate with co-workers, parents and students
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
