Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver safe, engaging, and effective swimming lessons to individuals across various age groups and skill levels
- Conduct both group and individual swim sessions
- Assist athletes in developing their swimming techniques
- Ensure water safety and inspire confidence in students
- Maintain a positive and motivating training environment
- Support competitive swim teams with customized coaching plans
Requirements
- Proficiency in Swim Instruction, including designing and delivering lessons for different skill levels and ages
- Expertise in Swimming and Swim Lessons with strong ability to teach and evaluate proper techniques
- Experience in Lifeguarding and ensuring safety protocols
- Water safety certifications such as lifeguard certification and CPR/First Aid (required or willing to obtain)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

- Experience in Lifeguarding and ensuring safety protocols during all swim sessions.
- Knowledge of Aquatics programs and competitive swim training methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate students.
- Water safety certifications such as lifeguard certification and CPR/First Aid (required or willing to obtain).
- Experience in coaching competitive swimmers or participating in swim competitions is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team oriented and multicultural environment.
