Qualification and key skills
- PhD, MTech, ME, BTech, BE, or equivalent qualification with relevant experience.
- Experience developing swarm, path-planning, guidance, control, navigation, and sensor-fusion algorithms for UAVs.
- Experience implementing algorithms with multi-rotor, fixed-wing, or VTOL UAVs.
- Experience testing and validating algorithms in a software-in-the-loop simulation environment.
- Knowledge of PID, MPC, and other control laws and strategies.
- Familiarity with PX4 and ArduPilot autopilot firmware.
- Knowledge of sensor selection, sensor fusion, and drone control and stability.
- Proficiency with Python, C/C++, MATLAB/Simulink, ROS/ROS2, Gazebo, Mission Planner, QGC, CubeIDE, and CubeMX.
