Role Overview
Tektora is supporting an established defence technology client growing its C4I applications development team in Abu Dhabi.
The role focuses on the integration end of the lifecycle, including tests that prove systems work and investigation of issues arising when software meets hardware in the field.
Location and Working Pattern
- The role is based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
- The working pattern is on site.
- Relocation is open to international candidates and support may be provided for the move.
Role Activities
- Support definition of the Test and Evaluation Management Plan, including test, integration, verification, and validation activities.
- Perform integration across software domain, software system, and system platform levels.
- Plan and run formal acceptance tests with relevant stakeholders.
- Support system trials, demonstration events, and field integration activities.
- Create and manage system test procedures, descriptions, and reports.
- Develop tooling to support test and integration.
- Identify and manage issues arising from test and integration.
- Work with the DevOps team to establish and maintain CI/CD.
- Support delivery of product baselines within an Agile development approach.
