Identify, evaluate, and develop commercially viable projects that generate financial returns and measurable social impact.
Transform development and investment ideas into structured, implementation-ready opportunities through research, feasibility assessment, business modeling, financial analysis, and planning.
Opportunity Identification and Development
- Identify sustainable investment and development opportunities in target markets.
- Explore opportunities in water, food, agriculture, education, healthcare, housing, and logistics.
- Develop project concepts combining commercial sustainability with measurable social and developmental impact.
- Create scalable and replicable project models suitable for multiple markets and regions.
Feasibility and Business Modeling
- Lead preliminary and detailed feasibility assessments for proposed projects.
- Develop proposals covering market demand, project scope, operating model, revenue model, financing, implementation, risks, and expected impact.
- Evaluate the commercial, operational, and developmental viability of opportunities.
- Coordinate financial models, forecasts, investment scenarios, and return assessments with the Financial Analyst.
