Responsibilities
- Support green building certification processes by coordinating documentation
- Track project performance and ensure compliance with LEED, Mostadam, GSAS, and WELL
- Collaborate with design and construction teams to integrate sustainable strategies
- Conduct technical analyses related to energy, water, materials, and indoor environmental quality
- Prepare reports on sustainability assessments
- Review design and construction drawings
- Perform sustainability assessments
- Contribute to sustainable design workshops
- Liaise with certification bodies for timely submissions and approvals
- Stay current with evolving sustainability standards
- Support client presentations
- Help refine internal tools and methodologies
Requirements
- Demonstrated knowledge of green building rating systems (e.g., LEED, GSAS, Mostadam, WELL)
- Experience with building performance analysis (energy, water, materials, IEQ)
- Ability to interpret architectural, mechanical, and electrical drawings
- Strong analytical, research, and reporting skills
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency with MS Office and technical tools
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, environmental science, sustainability, or related discipline
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., LEED GA/AP, GSAS certified) are highly beneficial
- Ability to work on site in Doha Metropolitan Area
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines

- QGL supports clients in certifying high performance buildings under LEED, Mostadam, GSAS, and WELL.

Role Description
- Support green building certification processes by coordinating documentation.
