Sustainability Lead/ESG Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Sustainability Lead / ESG Consultant to lead sustainability initiatives, ESG strategies, environmental performance, and compliance.

• Develop and implement sustainability and ESG strategies.
• Conduct ESG assessments, environmental reviews, and sustainability reporting.
• Monitor carbon emissions, energy, water, waste, and resource performance.
• Support green building, energy efficiency, and sustainable design initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with relevant environmental regulations and ESG requirements.
• Develop ESG targets, KPIs, action plans, and performance reports.
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Identify sustainability risks and recommend improvement measures.
• Support ESG disclosures, audits, certifications, and stakeholder reporting.

• Degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering, ESG, or related field.
• Proven experience in sustainability, ESG, environmental management, or consulting.
• Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks, sustainability standards, and environmental requirements.
• Experience with carbon accounting, sustainability reporting, or green building standards is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Relevant certifications such as LEED, GBI, BREEAM, GRI, or equivalent are an advantage.
• Experience in construction, property, engineering, or large-scale projects preferred.
