What can you expect in this role?
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Community Investment and Social Impact, the successful candidate will support community investment, IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Accessibility), and sustainability initiatives.
Key areas include working with internal stakeholders to assist with climate project deliverables, project coordinating employee engagement and inclusion initiatives as well as grant administration and data analysis to identify social impact themes and trends.
What do you bring to this role?
Currently enrolled in a degree in Sustainability, Environment, Community Development, Business, or related
Passion for shaping a more sustainable, connected, and equitable world
Ability to build strong relationships and champion new ideas
Strong communications skills (written/verbal)
Ability to collect, organize, and analyze data using Excel
Results oriented with project management skills and commitment to meeting deadlines
Team player but also feel comfortable working independently
