Responsibilities
- Design and develop sustainability training programs, workshops, bootcamps, and executive education courses
- Develop educational content aligned with global sustainability frameworks and regional priorities
- Collaborate with universities, schools, and educational institutions to integrate sustainability into academic programs
- Support organizations in developing sustainability learning roadmaps for employees and leadership teams
- Facilitate workshops, webinars, panel discussions, and professional training sessions
- Build relationships with subject matter experts, guest speakers, and industry practitioners
- Develop learning materials including presentations, case studies, assessments, toolkits, and resource guides
- Ensure educational content remains up to date with evolving sustainability regulations, ESG standards, climate policies, and emerging industry trends
- Support accreditation initiatives and professional certification pathways where applicable
- Measure learning outcomes and continuously improve educational programs based on participant feedback
- Represent GSHub at conferences, industry forums, educational events, and stakeholder meetings
- Contribute to GSHub's thought leadership through articles, research summaries, and educational publications
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering, Business, Education, or related discipline
- Demonstrated experience in sustainability education, corporate training, consulting, or curriculum development
- Strong understanding of international sustainability frameworks and regional GCC sustainability initiatives
- Professional sustainability certifications considered an advantage

Position Overview
- The Sustainability Education Consultant is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high quality sustainability education programs that bridge the gap between academic knowledge and industry practice.
- The consultant will work closely with universities, schools, corporate organizations, government entities, and industry experts to create engaging learning experiences.
- The role combines curriculum development, stakeholder engagement, training delivery, and strategic advisory to strengthen sustainability literacy across multiple sectors.

Required Qualifications
