Responsibilities
- Assess projects and operations for sustainability performance
- Conduct environmental and energy analyses
- Support green building certification processes
- Prepare sustainability reports
- Contribute to building energy simulations
- Advise on waste management and climate change mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Engage with clients to understand their objectives
- Develop practical, cost effective recommendations that align with Mustadam's holistic sustainability approach
- Stay current with regional and international sustainability standards, policies, and best practices
Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in Sustainability Consulting and Sustainable Development
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, conduct impact assessments, and support decision making
- Experience in Sustainability Reporting
- Professional Consulting skills, including client engagement and stakeholder communication
- Bachelor's or master's degree in environmental engineering, sustainability, environmental science, architecture, or a related field
- Familiarity with green building rating systems (e.g., LEED, BREEAM, ESTIDAMA, MOSTADAM) and regional sustainability regulations
- Proficiency with energy modeling or simulation tools and common office software
- Ability to work on site, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams
