- Showcase proficiency in all kitchen sections and develop practical and leadership skills
- Ensure all sections are prepared for service, maintaining quality, consistency, and creativity
- Oversee proper preparation, storage, and handling of food adhering to Health & Safety and Food Safety regulations
- Monitor kitchen costs and budgets, reducing expenditure and improving efficiency
- Minimize waste by supervising deliveries and food preparation
- Train and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment
