Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare a variety of sushi items (nigiri, maki, sashimi, rolls) according to recipes and standards
  • Ensure freshness and quality of ingredients at all times
  • Maintain proper food handling, hygiene, and safety standards
  • Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory control
  • Set up and organize the sushi station before service
  • Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
