- Assist in inventory management, ordering, and quality control of ingredients
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or similar role
- Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of sushi techniques, ingredients, and presentation
- Creative flair with a passion for exploring new flavors and culinary trends
- Ability to work in a high paced environment and maintain composure under pressure
- Excellent communication and team player skills
- Commitment to quality and attention to detail
