The Cost Management Surveyor III is an experienced professional working with limited supervision.

Responsibilities
- Conduct surveys using electronic distance-measuring equipment and other surveying instruments.
- Operate land-information computer systems to store data, make inquiries, and produce plots and reports.
- Review measurements of distances, directions, angles, elevations, lines, and contours.
- Research legal records and analyze evidence to determine boundary lines.
- Record survey results and verify data accuracy.
- Prepare plots, maps, and reports.
- Work on problems of diverse scope with limited supervision.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline is mandatory.
- At least 18 years of demonstrable cost management experience in professional practice.
- At least five years of substantive experience on rail or metro infrastructure projects.
- Comprehensive knowledge of FIDIC contract conditions and their application.
- Proficiency with Primavera P6, Power BI, SAP, or equivalent cost-control systems.
- MRICS or an equivalent professional qualification is required.
Workplace
- The work location model is on-site.
- New hires must attend an in-person Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office location.
