Surveyor - Cost Management Surveyor III

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Conduct surveys to locate natural features and human-made structures above, on, and below the earth's surface.
• Operate electronic distance-measuring equipment and other surveying instruments.
• Manage land-information computer systems, including data storage, inquiries, plots, and reports.
• Review measurements of distances, directions, angles, elevations, lines, and contours.
• Research legal records and previous boundaries to determine boundary lines.
• Verify survey data accuracy and prepare plots, maps, and reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline is mandatory.
• Minimum 18 years of demonstrable cost management experience in professional practice.
• Minimum 5 years of substantive experience on rail and/or metro infrastructure projects.
• Comprehensive knowledge of FIDIC contract conditions and their application.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, Power BI, SAP, or an equivalent cost control system is essential.
• MRICS or an equivalent professional qualification is required.

Workplace
