Surveying Quality Manager

We work with lenders, intermediaries, social housing entities and estate agents in addition to private customers.

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Surveying Quality Manager (SQM) to join our Quality team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in driving technical excellence and supporting continuous improvement across our surveying operations.

We're seeking someone with strong technical surveying knowledge, a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication skills.

You should be confident in advising others and passionate about maintaining high standards.

Do you enjoy analysing data, identifying trends, and turning insights into action?

An interest in MI reporting, quality metrics, and using data to support decision-making will be highly beneficial in this role.

• Maintain and enhance e.surv’s internal policies and controls with Quality and Technical teams.
• Work closely with Customer Care to mitigate against and reflect on indemnity claims and the Post Valuation Query team to reduce the number of queries into the business.
• Work with the Project Team as a subject matter expert on internal products.
• Attending regular internal meetings.
• Monitor and react to industry news and policy changes.
• Contribute to articles and analysis of industry press on a range of issues affecting the sector including detailed analysis on key aspects of the residential market.
• Create and issue regular guidance to internal stakeholders.
• Answer internal technical and policy queries within SLA agreement.
