Under the direction of the Surveillance Manager & Surveillance Supervisor , the Surveillance Operator is responsible for, including but not limited to, monitoring surveillance footage to ensure the security and integrity of casino operations, staff members and our guests and patrons.

This position ensures compliance with Alberta Gaming, Liquor & Cannabis Commission (AGLC) and house regulations.

This involves promptly reporting any irregularities or disturbances to your manager or security team for investigation.

• Monitor live video feeds to identify and report any suspicious or unauthorized activity on the casino floor, gaming areas, and other designated areas.
• Maintaining strict confidentiality is essential for this role.
• Conduct routine visual patrols and observations with the use of the surveillance system to maintain vigilance and detect potential security breaches or violations of company policies.
• Operate advanced surveillance equipment and software to capture and record footage for review and investigation.
• Collaborate with security and management teams to respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and other security-related concerns.
• Observes participants in table games to detect cheating, identify rule violators, and monitor persons designated as suspicious or 'persons of interest'.
