Reporting to the Processing Production Superintendent, the Surface Services Coordinator is responsible for coordinating a range of ancillary services that support the safe and efficient operation of the processing plant. Leading a team of Services Technicians and FlexCrew personnel, you will ensure operational services are delivered effectively while driving safety, compliance, and continuous improvement across the surface processing area. This role also provides an excellent opportunity for an emerging leader to further develop their leadership capability and support broader operational objectives

Based at our Northparkes Operations, you’ll:

Lead and coordinate the day shift Services Technicians and FlexCrew team.

Manage contractors and supporting surface services activities.

Coordinate reagent deliveries, ball loading, and waste management services.

Support road and traffic management requirements across site.

Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety audits.
