About the Role

Responsibilities
- Ensure staff work as a team to provide optimum service and meet guest needs
- Inspect grooming and attire of staff, rectify deficiencies
- Complete opening and closing duties including setting up supplies, cleaning equipment, locking doors
- Inspect storage areas for organization, FIFO use, and cleanliness
- Complete scheduled inventories and stock/requisition supplies
- Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and guest well being
- Complete work orders for maintenance repairs
- Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees
- Follow company safety and security policies, report accidents and unsafe conditions
- Maintain professional appearance, confidentiality, and protect company assets
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 2 years of related work experience
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience
