As a Waking Night Support Worker at Meadow Lodge, you will help create a safe, welcoming and supportive environment for adults with learning disabilities and/or autism enjoying a short break away from home.
Working through the night, you will play an important role in promoting wellbeing, dignity and independence, ensuring each person receives the right support tailored to their individual needs and preferences.
You will carry out regular wellbeing and safety checks, provide personal care where required, maintain accurate records and handovers, and respond calmly and confidently to changing needs throughout the night.
Working as part of a dedicated team, you will help ensure Meadow Lodge remains a comfortable and enjoyable place where people can relax, feel secure and make the most of their stay.
We are looking for caring, patient and reliable people who are passionate about supporting others.
