Support Technician

Minimum of two years of experience in a technical support, help desk, or customer support environment.

Preferred Certifications AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or equivalent.

Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) or comparable certification.

Required Skills and Qualifications Communication Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to communicate effectively and professionally in high-pressure situations.

Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.

Technical Skills Basic SQL scripting knowledge.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Professional office environment with moderate noise levels. Ability to sit for extended periods and occasionally stand or move throughout the workday. Close visual attention required for computer-based work. Moderate stress level associated with managing multiple priorities and customer issues. Minimal travel may be required to customer or client locations. Supervisory Responsibilities None. The anticipated salary range for this position is $44,500 to $64,500; depending upon the selected candidate’s relevant experience, the exact salary for the role may fall outside of this range. This role will also be eligible to participate in the Company’s bonus/incentive program(s).
