Overview

• Facilities Management
• Oversee all facility-related matters, including the management and archiving of maintenance contracts and records.
• Evaluate and conduct inspection rounds of all schools regarding facilities, risk assessment, security, condition of buildings, and swimming pools, ensuring all procedures are adhered to the government authorities.
• Health and Safety
• Oversee and advise on the implementation of the Health and Safety Policy, Programs, and Procedures.
• Staff Coordination
• Engage in the professional development of faculty and high-quality training of the Support Service Supervisors at schools to enhance operational efficiency.
• Operations and Procurement
• Coordinate with approved contractors for urgent repair and maintenance work
• Review and recommend summer works programs and major projects,
• Compliance and Reporting
• Prepare and submit regular reports to the Procurement & Operations Manager summarizing campus facility status, safety audits, maintenance activities, and compliance findings.
• Budgeting and Cost Control

• Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement
