What you will do
- You will support the implementation, enhancement, and ongoing performance of our Aprimo platform. In this dual role, you will work closely with the Senior Aprimo Configurator and cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, document user stories, test configurations, and ensure high-quality platform delivery.
- This role is ideal for someone who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution while ensuring system integrity through thorough testing.
- Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Aprimo configuration, workflows, digital asset management, and user experience.
- Develop clear and concise user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria to guide configuration and development work.
- Assist the Senior Configurator in translating business requirements into Aprimo-specific configuration recommendations.
- Participate in discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and platform demos to validate requirements and refine functionality.
