Support Plans Coordinators and Activity Assessment Technical Expert (Active TS/SCI)

Clearance : Active Top Secret (TS) access with Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) eligibility

Degree : Bachelor’s Degree A bachelor’s degree may be substituted for an associate’s degree and eight (8) years of additional relevant experience or a bachelor’s degree may be substituted for ten (10) years of additional relevant experience.

Experience : Five (5) years’ experience in joint/combined operations, DOD operational planning experience, deliberate and crisis action planning experience, operational knowledge of aerial and maritime interdiction programs, risk mitigation experience, measures of performance and effectiveness design experience, and comprehensive knowledge of DOD/federal agency CN/C-TOC programs and operations.

Familiarity with Inter-Agency (IA) coordination and planning, bi-lateral cooperation agreements, USSOUTHCOM AOR experience and Spanish language proficiency.

Thorough knowledge of SECDEF/CJCS/JS to GCC/FCC interactions, directives, and adjudication processes as well as GCC, functional and service components' requirements to coordinate with Department of State (DOS) and other government agencies for whole of government solutions; and Knowledge of the various command entities involved in overall planning and execution of operations and evaluations.

Ability to travel CONUS and OCONUS as needed
