About the Role

Reporting to the Client Support Team Lead, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional level of customer service to new and existing clients. The role will require you to collaborate with teams across the organisation including, but not limited to, our clinics, business development, finance, systems and bookings.
DUTIES
- This role will assist and/or be responsible for following areas:
- Quality assurance reviews of health surveillance medicals
- Generating invoices for services coordinated through Specialised Services Unit
- Generating end of month reports
