Hourly wage of $25.42/hr

Full-time position with guaranteed hours for job stability

Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday 7am to 3pm, which eventually will be moved (as needed) to a rotating 12-hour shift schedule (6:45 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and 6:45 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.), including holidays and weekends. Rotation alternates every 4 weeks with 2 weekends off each month. 7 days off every month.

As a Support General Laborer , you’ll be at the heart of operations - right on the floor where materials take shape.

The General Laborer supports safe and efficient mill operations by performing a variety of production, housekeeping, and equipment support tasks.

Your day-to-day:

Assist teams with day-to-day operational tasks as needed.

Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with mill housekeeping standards.
