Key Responsibilities
- Targeted Support: Work closely with pupils to help them achieve their individual learning targets.
- Relationship Building: Develop positive, trusting, and supportive relationships with children to boost their confidence and engagement.
- Daily Supervision: Supervise and assist children throughout the school day, ensuring their safety, well-being, and personal needs are met.
- Resource Preparation: Under the guidance of the class teacher, prepare creative classroom resources and activities that enrich the learning experience.

Willing to be First Aid trained.

- Flexible working including hybrid office/work from home arrangements where the role allows . We have a good balance across our teams, retaining the benefits to work/life balance of working from home part of the week, with the collaborative and social benefits of working from the office 2-3 days per week
