Responsibilities
- Organize and manage inventory, storage, and transportation
- Process orders and oversee cycle of order fulfillment
- Facilitate shipping of products from one destination to another
- Arrange transportation, schedule staff, and orchestrate deliveries
- Receive products and coordinate delivery
- Prepare loads for shipment
- Ensure warehouse capacity is kept at optimal levels
- Goods in of all received goods in the system
- Countercheck invoices submitted by freight forwarder
- Track and monitor shipments to ensure on time delivery
- Comply with all warehouse safety rules and guidelines
- Verify accuracy of quantity and quality of incoming deliveries
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain / logistics or a relevant field
- 3 5 years of experience in handling logistics related responsibilities
- Experience in logistics and freight forwarding, especially in MEA Region
- Experience in logistics documentation such as clearance documents and air freight handling (Import & Export)
- Familiarity with Dubai Trade Portal
- Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities

Warehouse Management
- Organizing and managing inventory, storage, and transportation.
- Processes orders and oversees cycle of order fulfilment.
- Responsible for making sure supplies, stock, materials, packages, and/or products are processed through the delivery and/or warehouse system efficiently and safely.
- Facilitate the shipping of products from one destination to another.
- Arrange transportation, schedule staff, and orchestrate deliveries to meet customer demand with little to no delay.
- Receives products and coordinates delivery.
- Prepares loads for shipment.
- Makes sure warehouse capacity is kept at optimal levels.
- Goods in of all received goods in the system.

Material Handler Duties
- Verifying the accuracy of quantity and quality of incoming deliveries.
- Maintains inventory by identifying, labelling, and placing materials and supplies in stock, recording location of inventory.
- Locates materials and supplies by picking and verifying materials and vendor orders.
- Maintains in process inventory at work centres by delivering and opening materials and supplies.
- Perform and report cycle counts.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain / logistics or a relevant field.
- 3 5 years’ experience in handling logistics related responsibilities.
- Experience in logistics and freight forwarding specially in MEA Region.
- Experience in logistics related documentation such as clearance documents and air freight handling and shipment (Import & Export).
- Familiarity with Dubai Trade Portal.
- Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities.
