Job Responsibilities
- Analyze production incidents and document the resolutions applied:
- Investigates and analyzes verbal and written production incidents, understanding the issue inside highly complex applications.
- Document incidents and their resolution, facilitating further resolutions.
- Interact with final users in the day-to-day support work:
- Interact with different users and read between the lines to facilitate the incidents analysis.
- Contributes to the planning for application maintenance removing bugs
- Attend incident management (IM) calls to follow production issues and report status from the IT side:
- Attend IM calls to follow incidents evolution guiding the team to reach the resolution of the incident through final solution or work around.
- Report IT status regarding the incident, defining next steps
- Execute root cause analysis (RCA) to identify root causes and final resolutions to production incidents:
- Investigate application incidents for missing or incorrect functionality.
- Assesses incident resolution and estimates application changes.
- Applies resolutions, leading to timely, error-free revisions in applications.
