Key Skills –
- Mandatory Skills:
- Should have 5 – 6 years of industry experience
- Collaborate with multiple internal team across disparate groups to resolve client support escalations
- Monitor and manage various applications
- Flexibility to work in 24*7 shift
- Responsible for responding to application support escalations which involve troubleshooting moderate technical issues related to querying from DB and resolving data/ configuration issues
- Other Mandatory Aspects –

- Personal Skills –
- Good communication and interpersonal skill (articulation using verbal and non-verbal skills)
- Attention to details and flexible to learn
