Position Overview
Support the delivery and ongoing operations of Oracle Health solutions in the Middle East and international client support environments.
Provide functional and technical expertise to customers in a collaborative team environment.
Arabic and English proficiency is essential for customer delivery and engagement across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Oracle Health solutions, including the Clinical AI Agent offering.
- Investigate and resolve incidents across front-end and back-end applications.
- Maintain applications and perform support activities for reliable service delivery.
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, electronic, and in-person channels.
- Document investigations, resolutions, lessons learned, and service request activity.
- Prioritize work based on severity, urgency, and customer impact.
- Participate in an on-call rotation and travel up to 20% based on business and customer needs.
Arabic Language Support
- Provide Arabic and English support for technical and non-technical customer interactions.
- Assist with verbal and written translation when required.
