Responsibilities
- Perform daily diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair of EV charging systems and related electrical infrastructure.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance, monitoring system performance, and responding to incidents and service requests within defined SLAs.
- Coordinate with installation teams, vendors, and customers to resolve technical issues, update firmware or software, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Document work performed, maintain maintenance records, support root cause analysis for recurring problems, and suggest improvements to enhance system reliability and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Strong technical skills in electrical or electronic systems, including installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of power or charging equipment.
- Experience with diagnostics tools, monitoring systems, and basic software/firmware updates for hardware devices or infrastructure.
- Solid understanding of safety standards, quality procedures, and compliance in field service or industrial environments.
- Effective communication and customer service skills for interacting with clients, colleagues, and vendors on technical issues.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time independently, and maintain accurate service and maintenance documentation.
- Relevant technical diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Willingness to work on site, occasionally outside standard hours, and to travel within the region as needed.
