Duties And Responsibilities
Perform technical supply management activities including inventory management, storage management, cataloging, property accountability, and material utilization. Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct inventory reconciliation activities. Receive, issue, store, transfer, and account for government property and supplies. Process supply transactions using Automated Information Systems. Maintain accurate supply documentation and records in accordance with Air Force and Department of Defense requirements. Assist with property accountability and equipment tracking throughout the equipment lifecycle. Interpret and apply contract requirements, Statements of Work (SOW), Air Force guidance, and DoD directives. Support ordering, receiving, storage, distribution, and disposition of supplies. Coordinate with maintenance and operational personnel to ensure equipment and materials are available to support mission requirements. Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and supply management databases to prepare reports and maintain records. Support inventory audits and property inspections. Operate government or company vehicles as required. Perform other duties as assigned in support of range operations.
