Position Summary
The Supply Planner supports supply availability, vendor capacity, production progress, exception management, and operational KPI improvement.
The role supports regional demand needs through supply projections, capacity management, production visibility, and issue resolution.
Primary Responsibilities
- Drive seasonal vendor planning for European and North American markets.
- Track production volume, factory utilization, and production progress with vendors.
- Negotiate with vendors based on requested availability-to-customer dates.
- Work with vendors to reduce end-to-end lead time.
- Analyze capacity utilization and related product, volume, and fabric risks.
- Execute supply-chain optimization initiatives such as expediting, consolidation, segmentation, and vendor reduction.
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders, regional hubs, and vendors.
- Support integrated business planning with analysis, scenarios, and recommendations.
- Support strategic team initiatives and regional capacity management.
- Support system administration and operational KPI improvement.
Qualifications and Experience
- 3-5 years of business experience is required.
