Position Summary
The Supply Planner manages supply planning activities for the MEA region while supporting IMEA supply planning operations.
The role ensures product availability, coordinates cross-functional teams, monitors inventory, and supports efficient regional supply chain execution.
French proficiency and current residence anywhere in the Middle-East Africa region are mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage supply planning for assigned MEA countries and support IMEA planning.
- Monitor product availability, order books, inventory health, supply risks, constraints, and recovery plans.
- Coordinate forecasts, monthly planning cycles, S&OP reviews, product launches, phase-ins, phase-outs, and supply transitions.
- Work with customer service, manufacturing plants, logistics, sales, regional planning, and Europe Supply Planning teams.
- Process regional credit notes and debit notes for AFSAS and Turkey.
- Maintain planning reports, KPIs, action items, and accurate SAP or planning-system master data.
- Support supply chain projects involving process improvement, system enhancements, inventory optimization, digitalization, and business continuity.

- Supply planning and inventory management.
- SAP ERP and advanced Excel.
- Analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Customer service support for anticipating orders based on customer demand.
- Coordination with Europe warehouses and plants.
- Credit and debit note processing.
- Supply chain projects and continuous improvement.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, operations management, industrial engineering, or a related field.
- Three to five years of experience in supply planning, inventory planning, or supply chain operations.
- Experience with SAP and regional or global supply chain operations is preferred.
- APICS or CPIM certification is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in French and English is mandatory.
- Candidates must currently be based in the Middle-East Africa region.
