Role description
The Supply & Distribution Manager oversees planning, coordination, and optimization of material and information flows.
The role covers services and content distribution, including physical and digital assets.
The position is part-time and remote.
Responsibilities
- Manage supplier relationships and monitor inventory levels for physical and digital assets.
- Ensure timely distribution of technical bulletins, reference documents, and member resources.
- Analyze demand patterns and maintain distribution schedules.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and external partners to improve supply chain efficiency.
- Support continuous improvement, KPI tracking, process documentation, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Experience in supply chain management, procurement, or distribution operations is required.
- Industrial or technical sector experience is preferred.
- Demand planning, inventory control, and logistics coordination skills are required.
- Supplier relationship management, negotiation, and supplier development capabilities are required.
- Data analysis, reporting, and KPI experience are required.
- Quality management principles and relevant standards familiarity are advantageous.
