Supply & Demand Planner

Create and manage accurate demand forecasts, considering seasonality, promotions and product launches.

Plan and order stock from both internal manufacturing sites and external suppliers.

Monitor inventory levels, service performance and wastage, identifying opportunities for improvement.

Build strong relationships with suppliers and key internal stakeholders.

Analyse data and produce reports to support business decisions and KPI performance.

Support continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain function.

Previous experience in Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Materials Planning, Production Planning or Inventory Planning.

Experience of planning within a manufacturing, production or supply chain environment.

Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel capability.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to prioritise effectively and adapt to changing business needs.

Strong understanding of supply chain, inventory and demand planning principles.
