The Role
Lead efficient and effective customer service and supply planning processes for the Australian business.
Process customer orders, resolve inquiries, manage supply and production plans, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Support high service levels while minimizing inventory obsolescence.
What You'll Do
- Oversee Australian customer service and logistics processes.
- Process daily Australian customer orders through an ERP system.
- Own the customer service inbox and handle Australian customer queries and issues.
- Prepare monthly KPI reporting and accurate month-end processes.
- Manage and reconcile finished-goods inventory at Australian 3PL warehouses, including transfers.
- Manage and reconcile raw-material and packaging inventory levels.
- Control the supply plan while balancing customer availability and shelf-life risks.
