About the Role
Sixone Labs is looking for a Supply Chain & Operations Specialist to own execution of core operational systems and workflows. The role includes ERP management, supply chain logistics, inventory management, feedstock management, and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities
- Day to day ownership of Sixone's ERP system including data accuracy, team adoption, and maintenance
- Execute supply chain and logistics plans in coordination with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Monitor inbound and outbound shipments, track lead times, and communicate delays
- Manage logistics partner relationships and hold them accountable to SLAs
- Maintain accurate, real time inventory records and implement processes to minimize discrepancies
- Own end to end lifecycle of incoming feedstock from receiving to conversion into TPA
- Track and document all TPA produced including quantities, destinations, and quality metrics
- Partner with production team to manage production schedule and communicate forecasts
- Serve as operational point of contact across teams for supply chain, logistics, and inventory
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or related function
- Experience working within an ERP system (NetSuite, Cin7, Fishbowl, or similar)
- Strong executor with follow through and documentation skills
- Organized and detail oriented
- Collaborative communicator able to work across functions
- Comfortable in a fast moving environment
- Based in Vancouver, BC or willing to relocate

- Looking for a Supply Chain & Operations Specialist to own execution of core operational systems and workflows.
What You'll Own
- Day to day ownership of Sixone's ERP system — data accuracy, team adoption, and ongoing maintenance
- Execute on supply chain and logistics plans in coordination with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Monitor inbound and outbound shipments, track lead times, and proactively communicate delays
- Manage logistics partner relationships and hold them accountable to SLAs
- Maintain accurate, real time inventory records
- Implement and uphold processes to minimize discrepancies, write offs, and stock outs
- Own the end to end lifecycle of incoming feedstock — from receiving and storage through to labelling, tracking, and conversion into TPA
- Track and regularly document all TPA produced — quantities, destinations, quality metrics
- Partner with the production team to manage and maintain the production schedule
- Serve as the operational point of contact across teams working on supply chain, logistics, and inventory
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or a related function, ideally at a product based company
- Experience working within an ERP system (NetSuite, Cin7, Fishbowl, or similar); ownership experience a strong plus
- A strong executor: you follow through, document what you build, and close loops
- Organized and detail oriented
- A collaborative communicator who can work effectively across functions without direct authority
- Comfortable in a fast moving environment where not everything is defined yet
- Based in Vancouver, BC or willing to relocate
Nice to Have
- Experience in consumer goods, sustainability, or manufacturing
- Familiarity with 3PL management and freight logistics
- APICS CPIM/CSCP or equivalent certification
- Experience at a scaling startup or small team
